Meditate on the Sunday Lenten Reflections using mental prayer for years A, B, and C.

Jesus you humbled yourself. You returned to Jerusalem knowing you were giving yourself to be crucified. This, because you love me.

Lifted up on the Cross, Jesus you liberate me from sin and bring me back to life so I can serve you. Preserve me for eternal life.

Whoever lives the truth comes to the light. Let me live in the light and truth of the Holy Spirit so that I may be a blessing to others and merit eternal life.

You are merciful to me, Lord. I will learn your teachings. I love you Lord, and I’ll obey your laws because you are trustworthy and your rules are just.

Holy Spirit help me listen to Jesus, the beloved Son and the Eternal Word, who the Father asks us to listen to, love, and obey.
