Act of Petition prayer to God
Adorable Savior,
“In whom are hid all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge, and all the fullness of the Godhead dwelleth corporally,” consider my many wants, and grant me those graces which Thou knowest I stand in need of to do Thy will in all things.
Thou knowest my weakness and the necessity which I endure; in how great evils and vices I am immersed; how often I am oppressed, tempted, troubled, and defiled. To Thee I come for remedy. I pray to Thee for comfort and succor. I speak to Him that knows all things; to Whom all that is within me is manifest, and Who alone can perfectly comfort and help me. Thou knowest what good things I stand most in need of, and how poor I am in virtues.
Behold, I stand before Thee, poor and naked, begging Thy grace, and imploring Thy mercy. Feed Thy hungry suppliant; inflame my coldness with the fire of Thy love: enlighten my blindness with the brightness of Thy presence.
Amen.

Son – Daniel be healed from all that separates him from God. That he be blessed with wisdom, peace and joy / healed from depression. Stop smoking. Be soon called from job site he applied for remote job.
We join you, LR, God have mercy on Daniel and grant him the graces needed for a spiritual healing. Lord, guide Daniel’s heart to know what separates him from You and give him the desire for reconciliation. Thank you Jesus. We know that whatever we ask in Your Name we will receive according to Your holy will. May it please you to aid Daniel right now in this moment by Your Holy Spirit. May he feel Your loving presence in his life this Christmas and rekindle that hope that he once had. Grant him peace and joy so that he will desire holiness and be healed from depression. Lord, please bless Daniel in his job search, and aid him in his addiction to smoking so that he may have the strength and willpower to quit. We ask all this in the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit, Amen.
